New bill would turn Internet bloggers into felons?
Apparently they want to stop "cyber bullying" by fining people and slapping harassment felonies on them on blogs and even text messages. What is your opinion on this? My opinion on this is that they need new ways to try to control the internet, because the internet is virtually uncontrollable, they control the press, they control the media, they control everything but the internet, but we will probably see in the near future some censorship and control on the internet, i've been seeing some censorship on youtube even, that have nothing to do with violating their fine print. http://www.nytimes.com/external/idg/2009/05/08/08idg-bill-would-turn-internet-flamers-into-felons-14500.html
