Should I just hand in resumes to the human resources or should I bother with the department?
I'm applying for a job as a X-Ray tech in new york city~ Should I hand in my resumes to the human resources online? or should I hand it in in person? Or should I even go to the radiology department to bother the directer to give me a job? I've heard many technologist to tell me to go up to the department and introduce myself and stuff but does this work in the city? P.S. I'm a new graduate.

It is some companies policy that you have to apply through their online system but with that said this is how I would recommend handling it. First determine which organizations in New York you are interested in working for. Then call the HR Department and find out the name of the Recruiter assigend to X-Ray Tech jobs... More

In person. Or speak to someone in the human resource center over the phone. I got an interview the same day by doing that! She said my application would never get there and she was happy I called.

Call the HR department and find out what their policy is. Many will not accept a paper resume (job application must be sent online). If they will accept a paper resume then take your resume to the HR department and ask to speak to the HR Manager.
