What companies are the most desperate in hiring employees?

I'm 20 and i live in Indianapolis, IN. I have no job experience and I really need to find a job soon. Who are the most willing to hire someone like me?

I would say fast food restaurants. Now I'll give you my advise. Look on yahoo or in the local phone book for Temporary Employment Agencies. Some names are Norrell Services, Manpower, Kelly Services. There are no desperate employers - only would be employees. 20 year olds w/out work experience are a dime a dozen. Either you have career aspirations and a goal in life, or you can join the armed services, they'd be glad to have you.
