Unaware Medical testing?

Ok, awhile back I got involved in a government program to get some funding in order to goto school. There was a ton of paperwork to fill out and one day there was a section asking if I would be interested in helping other organizations collect data for an experiment. As I wasn't really thinking at the time I check the yes box. Thinking as if this is even real right? Now 2 years latter (done school) I had a job offer pretty much given to me without even looking, handed to me. Now I have moved out to a small town (which has a brand new very elaborate hospital.) And things just don't seem to make any sense here. One of my co-workers has been sick for the past 7 months ( since I started) , and now I feel like I'am getting his same symptoms. It fells like I always have to clear my throat and I look bloated. I'm a slim guy and I eat healthy, and jog 15min daily... i shouldn't look like this. Alot of my other co-workers have these bumps on their necks and faces which looks like large acne but with a dot in the center. I developed similar symptoms with a bump on the back on my neck and many on my scalp. Also my hair is starting to fall out on the very top back part of my head and i've developed a noticeable hard lump ( feels like bone ). Also one time, I had a acne type bump on the side of my head, which i picked off and the weird thing was a piece of hair coiled around and around inside, it was so gross looking (looked like a coiled spring). What also boggles me is that everyone in the office is around the same age, in our room alone there are 3 of us the exact smae age, but different body types. One fat one med one skinny. Once one of the guys came back with a coldsore after one weekend, the next day the guy beside me had it 3 days latter I had it. And I was careful not to touch anything they had touched. Also many of us develop these acne bumps in the exact same places on our necks. Like what are the odds of that?! Here is the another strange part. There is a woman who does payroll, who has a diploma on her desk that states "Health and Education Science" from a very well respected college (Laurentian University) I did some research, you need a minimum 3 years before you can attend this school. The H & S program is another 4 years. So what is a woman with that type of education doing in a small town doing payroll at a fabrication plant? She is single... so its not like she came here for a guy. I've been to the doctors many times, yet the only answer I get is " oh thats nothing...I wouldn't worry about." I swear my medical file is flagged and they are told not to help me. Ok and now before this all happened even stranger things were happening at the school I attended. While I was in school, my main teacher quit and a new teacher took his place. This teacher had a PH.D of somekind and had done lots medical experments himself. He was doing research on lungs. He showed me his powerpoint presentations on mice and canines. He developed something called an Aero-Chamber and was into Bio-Aerosols research. Also, one day at school a US custom officer was signing paperwork in a spare room. I live in Canada... whats the need for a customs officer? I thought transporting a virus or some restricted item. I now have a job as drafter/engineer at a manfactuing compnay. Where there is alot of steel fabrication and painting. I make myself sick when I think about all the facts I have witnessed. Also while at the school they were always getting me to sign documents, which I never really read closely... What can I do? I need some help. If I had a lawyer could I obtain those papers I signed? Any ideas? Please someone help me before its too late.

Okay, after all that you reveal you work in a manufacturing company where there is steel fabrication and painting. Doesn't it make a lot more sense that everyone is being mildly poisoned by the chemicals released by the manufacturing process? How do the people in the plant look? I'm not saying that toxins are...
