What types of questions to ask in a job interview?

I have a job interview coming up, and the last time I had to interview was over 5 years ago so I'm a bit rusty. What types of questions should I ask? I know that asking a lot of questions makes you look better. ( It's for a property management company in AZ. ) Thanks for your advice!

Too many question is not good, but a rule of thumb is four or five and also ask questions based on what the interviewer is saying which shows you are listening... More

However, If your field involves certain technical knowledge, the interview may not even be like an interview because chances are the supervisor does not like having a formal interview... More
