What are the requirements to work as a dolphin trainer?

I'm interested in working as an animal trainer at a resort or park like Seaworld, and I'm interested in what most places require to hold this position. I'm talking school, work experience, etc etc. Ok, so I understand that I need to know about dolphins and how to train an animal. GoodNBad, thank you for your response.

The most important thing you need to know is how to train an animal. Then you need to learn how more specifically how to train a dolphin.
