Which of the following has the best Economics department?

I've been accepted to Brown University, University if Chicago and Northwestern University. I want to major in Economics. I don't care about location. And the one with more prestige.

UChicago is not only the highest ranked overall, but also one of the best economics programs in the world. Steven Levitt (author of Freakonomics) is a professor of economics there, and the department is very distinguished. Although it's not an Ivy League, its even more prestigious than Brown.
