What do you think a nurse does - uni interview?

Sounds like a silly question, because I have a nursing uni interview on the way but... when I was asked this in the last interview I waffled on and on and on and i think it sounded silly. Are they asking me to detail the practical sides of nursing?, or a definition type answer ... or both? Any suggestions responses from nurses and student nurses much appreciated sorry, by uni I meant University :] thanks fred!!

I am not really sure what your question is asking about "uni" but I think that it means unit nursing clerk. I will define both of them, so that you're able to have both of them, as this question is a little bit confusing... More

i don't understand what it is you're ASKING here, "Saboo" but it sounds like you're asking what a university is. a university is an institution through which students have access to a higher level of education and therefore higher qualifications. I hope this helps.

I would say," A nurse practices within her scope of practice to ensure patient safety, comfort and that the client's basic needs are met while in her care and even thereafter. A good nurse serves as a patient advocate, an educator and a health care administrator"
