What to expect at cake decorator test when interviewing for a job?

I had 1 interview for a cake decorator position and they called to set up a "cake decorator test" where they test my skills. What should i expect? What will i have to do? I dont have actual employed experience as a cake deorator. Its a passion of mine though and i really want this job to get my career started.
