Speaking Real Estate Companies- Which would you say is better Keller Williams or Century 21 and why?

C21 has been around "forever". They originally took almost anyone they could get including several offices in the same markets and, as a result, in my opinion they have some good offices and some bad ones and some very small "mom and pop" operations... More

If you're selling, I think C21 is more recognizable. If you're buying, it really doesn't matter, what matters is your particular agent, some are better than others.

Keller Williams..hands down. Century 21 is a dying franchise...mainly because they haven't changed with the times.

IMHO, the franchise doesn't matter. As long as they have tools to do business in the current marketplace, you will be fine at most franchises. What does matter is who operates the office.
