I think id swap jobs with my boss, then i could show him what it feels like to be unappreciated, overworked n generally be treated like shite.

I would swap jobs with the director where I work so I can discipline (and in some cases, dismiss) all the bullies who work there. I would also make sure the lower paid staff are getting a fair wage for the job they do and that the higher paid staff are not getting more money than their jobs deserve.

Oh, in small ways I try do that some already. I do it because it's fun and livens up relationships in many cases.
