Does liquid foundation make u look cakey and fake?

No not if You apply it right if you cake it on then you will find that it does make you look cakey and fake

the cheap kind does...use dior forever foundation :) its so worth it i love it

Any make-up can make you look cakey and fake if you put too much on or don't apply it right. Liquid foundation generally gives a lighter, more natural finish than powder foundation (but powder, when applied right, gives a more flawless, smooth finish). liquid foundation usually does, because if you a little on, then it doesn't cover your face fully, but if you put on too much, then it looks fake and weird... More

The wrong ones do. The one I use now I absolutely love. I personally find that compact foundations make me look like I'm wearing a mask. Also how you put it on makes a difference.

As long as you apply a thin layer not with your fingers or you create lines. Use a foundation brush or sponge and you'll be fine :)

Only if you apply too much or incorrectly. But liquid foundation looks more natural and light.

it also depends on your skin, the better the skin you have, the better most foundations will look. if you have minimal flaws, your skin will look good with just about any brand or formula as long as the color is right. however if you have flaws you need to select a foundation that is formulated for them. also if you...
