How can i split a 5.5gb iso?

I want to split a 5.5gb iso file so i can put it on my pen drive, i also want to re-join it on my desktop computer, is there any good aplications i could use? (I Run Mac OSX10.5, Windows XP and 7 and Linux Ubuntu so any operating system would do as long as i can re-join it on Windows Vista) P.S. I used up my trial of WinZip long ago.... :( Also i have an 8Gb Pen drive which is FAT32 formatted, the transfer limit is 4gb (oh no)!

Search the web for HJSplit. That will do it.

You could use Winrar (Compressing software) and make it split into 2 files, I'm certain that this is also the only thing you can do because you cannot split an ISO itself, but you can compress it into 2 files, and extract it again (using both files together, but they can be separated if you really wanted to)
