What are restaurant chefs called?

I know the head chef, then the sous chef. But what are the rest called? I need it for book research, so it would help a lot :) This isn't homework. It depends how big the place is but say if it is a large hotel or something you have the Chef then the Sous then the Chef de Partie(s). There are different Chef de Parties for each station. In a well established restaurant, there is what's called a 'kitchen brigade'.
