NO. It opened a totally new range of jobs. Letting people borrow more money than their house was worth and payments they could not afford (which was at the urging of Bill Clinton) is what started the whole thing.

Not at all. It has made many more jobs available even to those who don't use computers. The thing I think is vulgar is companies using temp companies to hire new employees.
