How do they fund their programs? How reliable are their funding sources? Do they implement financial accountability measures to ensure that funds are bing used properly? What question would you ask the agency if you had donated a large sum of money and wanted to know how your money was being used?

WIC is funded by the federal government. The federal government gives each state a set amount of money, and the state distributes the money among the local WIC agencies.
