Buy my own truck or stay on as a company driver ?

Keep your job with your company. Now is not a good time to buy a truck because of the total cost of operations, (fuel, insurance, upkeep etc) If you really want to buy your own truck, do make your business plan, and revise it as time goes on, and be prepared to stick to it when the time is better.
