Are there too many childcare staff failing to meet childrens needs?

Obviously there are a lot of good childcare workers & teachers etc out there but... It has dawned on me that there are a few too many idiots who feel its okay to push their racist views out into the open when children are around, that feel it's okay to ignore certain childrens needs just because they don't like them or they don't like the parents... Opinions please?

Yes, I KNOW of a few but it so happens that their views may well also be supported by their senior mangers. They have not got their jobs through skills or talent but merely through cronyism and theres alot of it about.
