Are there really any work from home jobs that are reputable, and have little or no start up fees?

I am on a layoff, can't seem to find anything. My husband is disabled, and would like to be able to stay home with him. I am a title abstractor by trade.

I know your frustration, I've had some success recently and thought I'd pass on this info.
