Is it possible to get a good job in this market with 0 experience?
I'm hoping to enter the job market very soon after a long stint as a homemaker. I have some customer service and technical editor experience under my belt from a trillion years ago, but that's about it. I need to somehow manage to find a job to support a family on nothing more than a bachelor's degree in a useless major [Anthropology] and very little work or technical experience. Is it possible in this market? What areas/occupations should I look into?

You might try some temp jobs. This will put some experience under your belt and also give you the chance to try some things out so that, hopefully, you later won't be working at a job you hate. I also suggest you talk to friends and see how they ended up in the jobs they have now.

Unfortunately a Bachelor's degree is so common it is not of much value. A good way to get your foot in the door is a temp job. It will be very difficult to support your family with an entry level job.
