To job experts: best way to put being fired from last several jobs on an app?

For most of my job history, I've been fired from many of my jobs, and especially from the last few. Of course, I don't list ALL of my job history, since I only need to list the last 3 or 4! (Otherwise I'd NEVER get jobs! LOL) My question is: what is the best wording to use for that on an application, that will give the best chances of securing an interview?

I would say anything but that. Left job to attend classes, needed a job that better utilized my abilities, looking for more challenging position etc.. Most businesses don't even check on the old jobs. Some rarely do. I would just try to find a job you like and hold onto it. You will you know.
