What is a good job for someone who is about to go into the real estate profession to have?

I am taking some classes in the fall so i can get my real estate license in the next year. I dont know much about real estate, so i want a job that will help me out when i try to get a real estate job, or atleast show me how things go, like a receptionist in a real estate office or something. Does anyone have any ideas of a job i can get with a high school degree and some college, in the real estate area?

it's pretty easy to get a job as an apartment locator. you must have your real estate license to work there but it is a way to get into the field.
