What are good magic tricks for a waiter to perform?

I have a friend who works on a cruise ship and needs something to impress his guests. Does anyone know any simple tricks that could be done with minimal supplies? (Crayons, sugar packets, cups, cutlery...?)

bring the food without dropping it, get the order right the first time, be attentive to the diners needs, other then that lay off the tricks, no one likes a waiter that shows off or calls attention to them self
