Southern Ontario - toronto or mississauga area or edmonton and Calgary I am sure you can find something, and Canada loves to bring in people with skills.

This is a very bad time right now. The recession is very bad in Canada right now and the demand for construction workers has dried up. maybe in 2-3 years but not now. And what city will start to recover first is anyone's guess.
