Domain change has brought about a tough situation for me. Should I continue or leave the job?

I am a JAVA developer with 3 years of experience. Due to some reasons I had left my earlier job in 1.5 years. The work in the new office was good but all of a sudden i got transferred to another domain, a tool rather, cold fusion.Should i go in for a job change beacause I will be a fresher again and I will no longer be able to work in JAVA again. And cold fusion isnt used every where, it will limit my options of the next job. What should i do for my career growth? MBA is not a viable option for me. kinldy suggest
