Best way to find a job besides personal contacts?
Should I just send my resume and a cover letter to all the places I would be willing to work even if they haven't requested any help? If so, who specifically should I send this letter & resume to? I'm graduating college and couldn't get an internship. I've tried temp services and they just give me manual labor type jobs since that's the only thing on my resume. I've only applied to job postings and get no response or rejection e-mails that mention "no experience".
