If someone has paid years of child support, until the child was 18, suppose to pay more what does he do?

Person was out of a job and the children are of age 18, but he was suppose to pay until school was finished, leaving 6 more months to pay. Is he responsible and is there any way to beat this in court?

Yes, he is responsible for paying support as long as his child is in school. It doesnt matter if they are 20 before the graduate.
