Aerospace Masters or MBA?

I'm halfway through earning my bachelors degree in aerospace engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Right now, I'm working as a summer intern for Parker Hannifin in Cleveland and I've been trying to make up my mind about whether to pursue a Master's Degree in aerospace engineering or an MBA. I've heard from co-workers at my job that unless you have an MBA, you won't climb the ranks of any company very fast. I know that I won't be able to get my MBA until I've had a few years of work experience, but I'm worried something might come up and prevent me from going back to school. The benefit of going with the aerospace Masters is that I could go right after I graduate with my Bachelors. I have no idea what to do.
