My Boyfriend Is in the Army reserves and his civilian job will not give him what he is entitled to?

My boyfriend just got home about a month ago from Basic Training. His civilian job cut his hours, took his title away, and will not give him the bonuses his co workers received. He was told that he is entitled to every bonus that came in, and of course his job. His managers are telling him that it is not in their policy. What is the best way he should approach this?

You can also go to the JAG office at your local base. Make an appointment, and they will be able to tell your boyfriend exactly what he is entitled to under the laws. They are there to help you, and it is a lot easier than trying to decode the laws yourself!!
