Once I pass my exams what is the best way to find a Brokerage?
I’m looking to get involved in Residential Real Estate in the area of Roswell, Georgia. Anyone have any experience with a brokerage in that area that they like?

Talk to 2 or 3 with good reputations and find out there cost structure. Find out what kind of training or mentoring program they have. That can really help a new agent. Some brokers pay all the fees but make you share commission and others let you pay fees and you keep all the commission.
