What should a first time home buyer looking to buy a condo in the 300,000 to 350,000 range in Chicago have?
How do we, myself and my boyfriend prepare financially, mentally, in stability (jobs), and in knowing what to expect? Most importantly financially? Will we get any city credits? How much should we save/put down? Doctor Deth, because I live in chicago where home prices are well about the national average I cannot afford anything but a condo. I know it will be a better investment than continuing to rent.
