Do I have it right about the birth certificate conspiracy?

So if I'm hearing the conspiracy theorists right, Obama's mom and dad, the hospital authorities and the Honolulu newspapers entered into a conspiracy 47 years ago JUST IN CASE a black man might run for president in 2008. Later, the Hawaiian records authorities joined in, and then the FBI, the Governor of Hawaii, the Secret Service, the Senate certification committee and, certainly not least, the crack McCain opposition research team all joined the conspiracy as well--all with the aim of fooling a few not-so-bright American citizens into getting worked up and deciding the president was illegitimate. Do I have it right?

Don't have much to add for you but wanted to tell you that there have been some interesting articles about Republican Senators who are getting a bit embarrassed by the "birthers" and trying to get them to stop their ridiculous lawsuits. There is actually some legislation going around that at least one of them signed... More

No. Actually, people are questioning the "live birth" certificate (which apparently isn't the same thing as a birth certificate in Hawaii).

Pretty much. You forgot the people like me that believe the birth certificate is legitimate. We also have obviously been enticed to join the conspiracy.

There is no record of birth in the 1961 Hawaiian newspapers of Barry Obama if you think otherwise then show us the link please. No doctor has ever come forward and say he attended Obama's birth either despite a $20,000 reward offered for same

Nope you don't. FBI, the Governor of Hawaii, the Secret Service, the Senate certification committee and, certainly not least, the crack McCain opposition research - Not one of these looked into this issue, your assumeing they did.

Oh, and apparently in Hawaii you get two birth certificates, a long form and a short form, where all the other states seem to get it done with one. The long form is obviously being kept in a safe in Hawaii, because it would prove that he was born in Kenya, where he learned his socialist muslim ways (seeing as how those... More

Pretty much. But it's also a nice distraction to keep conservatives talking about real issues that make them look foolish themselves. CRY SOME MORE!!!!!!!!!!

Seeing as Obama's mother met his father in a Russian Language class, that might give you a clue.

No, you don't have it right. Obama's mom and dad wanted him to be an American citizen, which he wouldn't have been under the laws in 1961, unless he was born in the US. If Obama was born in Kenya, then flown to Hawaii with his parents shortly after his birth, his father could have gotten a short form birth certificate... More

You forgot the part where he paid off the Clintons with the promise of the State job long before she knew she lost the nomination. Plus everybody forgot to let the population of Africa in on the conspiracy so they are now spilling the beans. Still not clear how he paid of Cheney and Rove.

Hussein was born to a white trash s**t. He is a b*****d child. His mom was an anti-American atheist that loved communism. His 'dad' was an anti-American, Koran reading, alcoholic Muslim. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree, eh?

Even if he were born in Kenya, he would still be a natural born citizen because his mother is a US citizen. It's all a big hoax and a waste of human energy. The right only wants to de-legitimize Obama.

It is really sad to see how many people are filled with hate in this country.... The fact that so many people have jumped on the band wagon of a few that started this merely to cause trouble, not because they actually believe it, is disturbing.
