How do I find a managerial position with no practical experience?
I am a very recent MBA graduate who's been working in a corporate environment for over 10 years, but has never actually been in a leadership position. Will employers consider other elements into the hiring process? The concepts and theories are all very fresh in my mind. I hope I can somehow prove you wrong.
