Can you suggest a job which is in demand right now?

I am a full time mom with 3 kids and planning to get back to school and after that work. Can you suggest a job which is in demand right now. My choices are Bookkeeping, Dental Assistant, legal transcriptionist,medical transcriptionist,paralegal assistant, patient care technician, pharmacy technician, computer essentials and office administrator. If its not on my choices, please advice a very in demand job right now. thanks

Edna,if I were younger I would consider the nursing profession.My brother-in-law retired from the Cleveland Fire Department and he is making this a second career.This is the profession that always will be in demand as long as people don't eat properly and abuse their bodies.

I am a certified medical coder, this is in high deman also. Transcription is in high demand and the plus side to transcription is a lot of jobs are work from home. I am returning back to school to get my transcription certification
