Any 20yr old customer service reps here?? what do u think about your job?
im starting training 2 be a customer service rep next week..any advice? thanks I dont think ill be doing any cold calling, i was told i would be receiving the calls..where did u work at? Its a call center for a cable/phone/broadband company Also, Id be recieving the calls I was told

M W is right, calling people who just want to hang up and yell at you really sucks, especially if you're trying to work on a comission. My advice is quit if this involves cold-calling. It just doesn't work any more. Find a real job. Anything is better than sales calls. Anything and everything.
