what are the procedures of a personal injury?
I was in a car accident with job transportation and i sued them. I been waiting for my settlement for 26mths.I still hhavent received anything yet.

Ask your lawyer. If you're suing, your lawyer should be giving you the timeframe, and letting you know what the hangup is. Anything you get, your lawyer will get, and forward the balance to you - after he takes his cut, and after he reimburses the medical providers.
