On my next disability review, will I be ineligible to continue on SSI if my symptoms decrease significantly?

I'm currently on SSI, no job, and I am diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia. Is this a problem for me and is this common among other recipients of SSI who have mental illness? Thanks.
