Mike's career would have been golden if he would have just had the heart and willpower to continue. But the most important relationship Mike had was that with Jimmy Jacobs. Jimmy could talk and relate with anyone. A drug addict, a businessman, a janitor. He could talk to anyone and get on anyone's good side. He was an... More

I think he's probably in the top 5 but Ali's the best by far I think he tarnished his record by his criminal records

If Ali still boxed, Klitchko would murder him in a boxing match

His first few fights were not televised until much later. When people started realising who he was, talk about him became widespread. I think his fame was at it's peak when he fought Lewis and/or when he bit off Holyfiedl's ear. So, in short, there was hype about him, but only later (late 80's, early 90's)

Mike Tyson was really good, he was short but threw unbelievable punches. He was pound for pound fighter in his prime and there was ALOT of hype about him. But sadly Mike Tyson lost to someone that he really wanted to fight. (can't remember who right now) Then he lost his confidence after that fight, and wasn't as good... More

Tyson was the most feared boxer of his day. He had a devastating punch and seemed invincible. Then his life started spinning out of control and Tyson lost his focus. Then came Buster Douglas. Douglas showed Holyfield and others how to beat Tyson. Tyson was never the same after Douglas knocked him out.

In his prime, Tyson was unbeatable... the best heavyweight ever. Very early into his career Tyson's personal problems started and he began losing any hope he had in life. Once he lost hope.... he was not the same Tyson in the ring.... he was no longer God.

Mike tyson was beast in his prime but wen he got over confident and all the distractions with the media, his personal wife, and jail his career went down the drain Tyson is an example of a boxer with potential to be the greatest of all time but after the buster douglas fight it just got sad
