Is there a way to cancel your T-Mobile account without paying the termination fee?
We can no longer pay for our cell phone account due to hours getting cut at work. The termination fee is about $400 for 2 phones, how can we pay that when we can't even pay for the monthly service?

haha Im with ya hun I terminated my t mobile service because they are a bunch of morons.. I got an 800 dollar bill they sent it to collections.. beyond that nothing will really happen except you wont be able to use their service again but thats not a bad thing anyway. They have you on a contract. I would call & talk with a supervisor & tell them whats going on but otherwise no if it's a contract.

say the account holder passed away.i'm not sure about both lines but they will cancel one with no termination fee.say the account holder used both.hope this helps.at&t don't need a death certificate so tmobile probably don't either
