Car Accident Settlement Money?

Hey guys, On May 1st, I was involved in a car accident. I was in my friend's car in the passenger seat and we were on I5 (the main freeway) and we were rear ended and got hit pretty bad (both cars were totaled). I did not go to the ER but the next morning I woke up and thought I was beat to death over night or something! I've been receiving chiropractic treatment since then (besides 3/4 of July because I was in Europe on vacation) and I'm allowed $10,000 total for my treatments. I'm currently at around $8000 right now and all $10,000 will be used (neck/low back are still in pain). I just want to know how much I might be getting from the settlement, just a rough educated guesstimate. I know there are A LOT of factors. I'm a 17 year old male, I have never been in a car accident before, I had perfect health before this. The insurance company is also PemCo. The pain was horrible, absolutely horrible. I've never been in such pain ever before in my life, sometimes I would break down crying from the pain. I got prescribed Vicodin, Tramodol, Extra Strengh Vicodin, and noninflammatory pills to help manage the pain. I get the worst mood swings now, I get mad so easily and it gets me so frustrated. There was honestly a point where I just wanted to k*********f (crazy I know but I was having a rough time + the pills). I have no lawyer at this point, and am not sure if I need one. Thanks in advance everyone! *** Also my other friend who was in the car didn't get hurt as bad because he was asleep and what the doctors said "loose" and he only went to the chiropractor twice and recieved $600. He said he wasn't hurt, and just went to make sure everything was okay.

If I could answer that with a reasonable degree of accuracy, I'd have a job with a big insurance company... There's just too many variables. Do you have a lawyer ???

Get a lawyer now.The insurance company is looking out for it's own best interest not yours. They are obligated to compensate for your current pain and suffering as well as future pain too.An attorney will get a percentage of your award but they will also settle for a lot more than you could get on your own. This is not...
