Dog Hip Dysplasia insurance?

Does anyone know any insurance for a dog with hip dysplasia? Money is no option. I can pay for his surgery right now but the other money like a yearly xray I wouldn't have the money, I would rather get him some insurance, I love this dog and sold the laptop that I am righting this on for his xrays and sold everything I own to pay for his surgery. Even had to get a job. Thanks we are applying for the care credit but does it cover animals? I was on the site and it looked like it didn't. And most insurances don't cover pets who have preexisting hip dysplasia. But that will chance on march of 2010 so we will get him the surgery with that care credit. And open up a insurance for his other things aswell. All of my pay check is going towards him and Im just fine with that. Thanks! Thumbs up.

No insurance companies cover preexisting conditions, no matter what it is. Trupanion has hip dysplasia coverage, but you have to get it for your pet before it turns 1. Something to think about for your next dog. You may want to still look into insurance in case your dog gets any other ailments.
