How Do I Get My Young Adult Novel Published?

I'm in the middle of writing a drama/fantasy novel for young adults and clueless in terms of how to go about getting it published. I've read a couple of books which say to send the manuscript to publisher after publisher but that sounds like it would take forever. I'm not looking to get it published by the top company out there, just looking for something decent. Any advice on how to go about this process would be greatly appreciated
