What would make you want to tip your server more? Especially at a place like Pizza Hut?

I'm trying to get a job as a server at Pizza hut but heard they don't get the best tips. But I want to be a server for a while but only find jobs that want experienced servers. So I'm planning on using this job to get some serving experience(hopefully I can take working there for at least 6 months). Also has anybody ever worked at Pizza Hut? Please give advice. Thanks!

if you want to get good tips, you should be polite and respectful and don't return to there table to ask them how the food is more than one time. its pizza hut how do you think the food is! some people like me don't like servers that do that.

Be attentive. If your restaurant has free refills and you see an empty glass, bring over a refill before the customer asks. Be knowledgeable about the different menu items. Smile and be overly pleasant.
