What's the best online college?

I'm looking for an online school that isn't too expensive and is regionally accredited. I've done a lot of research and know of several schools, but I'd like opinions of individuals who actually have experience with some of these schools.

I agree with the above poster. Charter Oak College, Thomas Edison State College, and Excelsior College. They are public and accredited. Stay away from University of Phoenix.
