What makeup style would be appropriate for a pizza place worker?

I work as both a cashier and kitchen staff a pizza restaurant. I've usually put on just a little eyeliner and mascara, maybe a little gloss on occasion. I'm really tired of my look. I just got some really nice mineral foundation, but it doesn't make a noticable difference. I don't want to look so boring, but I don't want to look too flashy for my job. http://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c26/heyitsjane/lawn.jpg
