What is something the server can do to earn a 25 % tip?

I have spent around 12 years working as either a server, bartender or restaurant manager. Most of the time as either bartender or server. Show us your boobs! Lol jk, but really there isn't anything you can really do just be as nice as you can and try to get there food on time and right. My mom was amazed by this one server that didn't need to write the stuff down and she gave him a good tip.

Well since 20% is above average, you would have to have a REALLY good server to receive a 25% tip. I used to wait tables, and the best tips I ever received came from people who didn't want me to hover.... (for the most part, but some do)..
