How do I go about getting customers for my commercial janitorial/cleaning company?
I have recently decided to start a janitorial service that focuses on commercial properties. While I have successfully owned and operated a business before, I did quite a bit of research and think that I could do very well in this business. Tell me what method you found to be most successful in getting customers for this kind of business. Thank you.

Direct mail with "Promotions" it worked for a couple clients of mine one was a carpet cleaner, and the other was a pressure washer. You can also do a email blast to business owners in your area then you or someone else follow up with phone calls a week or so later.
