The following occupations take 2 years of junior college training or at trade schoos: 1. Legal secretary; 2. Word Processor - Legal Document Specialist; 3. Paralegal; 4. Clerk Typist; 5. Legal Record Maintenance. Good luck!

I'm sure there's offices who need cleaners. that's technically an office job. Mail room clerk, to give you experience at work, and while there a position might open up for you, just get in with the HR dept.
