How do you become a Disney Executive?
I am fascinated by Disney and when I grow up I plan on becoming an executive of their company - at least it is my dream. But, how does one become a Disney Executive? Lets say that I wanted to be Chief Executive of Walt Disney World, what would I need to do to get there? Would I need to actually work at the parks for a while then get promoted, or what?
