Is a bus driver required to protect riders after they're let off of the bus?
If a boy is threatening to hit another boy after they are let off of the bus, is the bus driver required to protect the child being threatened? This happened and the bus driver said there wasn't anything he could do about it. Isn't it his job to protect all of the kids? Yes, I was talking about a school bus driver.
